I'd love to see this as a pilot program in WV. Schoology would be an excellent platform for this.
Having positive media feedback will help the public in accepting these types of solutions. I think it is great!
This is a great idea if you can have enough students with high speed access. The paper alternative addresses this objection somewhat. I can see low SES students falling even further behind if internet access is not available to all.
